tamarama apartments build

This project was the complete redevelopment of an existing 1960 apartment building which had to be kept within its original framework. It has a very prominent location on the Sydney waterfront and can be viewed from all sides. We understood that we could never compete with the spectacular beauty of the setting, so the intent was to ensure that the refurbished building would sit comfortably alongside its neighbours in the street as well as the adjacent park without seeking to draw special attention to itself.
